Hugh is a great actor... but keeps in good shape! he has the thighs of a hiker not a biker! Now I know why I wear a beard! had to shave for the film unfortunatley not my armour but hired from a studio in Rome? Why? body of a Greek Cod!... sorry Hugh... I mean a Greek God!
Both Hugh and Marcvs are old biker buddies... Hugh rides an 1100cc BMW Tourer & he has just bought a new Triumph Motorbike which he rides in the USA.

Marcvs rides a 1200cc BMW Tourer.

Most of the soldiers are recruited school teachers (friends) that support us time to time in such events.

A new mini Hadrian's Wall is built for the two day shoot.



Rowan serious on set as ever Caivs and Marcvs producer et al battery...? light This was a very hot day and leverywhere there were cases of ice cold soft drinks in the long grass for us between shoots.

 

Rowan is not a natural funny man... he takes his work very seriously ...it is an art he has perfected...but Tony makes me laugh just looking at him!

I hasten to add, that the armour we are wearing here is not our own... it was supplied by a film studio in Rome!
